Communication data - We record and transcribe telephone calls, messages and other submissions for record keeping and regulatory reasons. Any communication with you or submission from you will remain confidential. But we may derive data from such interactions to process and support your application.

Fees - Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Talking to us costs nothing but we do do charge a fee payable on application. This broker fee is £495 for property purchases and of £395 for a remortgage or further advance. Our product transfer fee is £295.
